Deep is Cortex's most comprehensive ASK mode. It performs bounded retrieval and deeper evidence/reasoning stages, then produces a detailed report with traceable sources, qualifications, contradictions, uncertainty, and decision-relevant diagnostics. The report adapts to the question and retained evidence.
Do my Cortex Analysis Credits expire?+
No. Credits do not expire. Buy when you need them, use them at your own pace.
What is the difference between credit packs and subscriptions?+
Credit packs are one-time purchases — buy a bundle, use it whenever. Monthly subscriptions grant credits after each monthly payment, while yearly subscriptions grant the full annual allocation after each yearly payment. Subscribers can add top-up credits at any time.
What does Snapshot include?+
Snapshot is a limited promotional orientation allowance. Standard ASK uses 1 Cortex Analysis Credit, Deep ASK uses 3, and CHECK uses 1 or 2 according to document workload.
What is the difference between Standard and Deep?+
Standard ASK uses bounded retrieval to produce a substantive evidence-backed answer with material sources and relevant qualifications. Deep performs broader retrieval and additional evidence/reasoning stages for the most comprehensive bounded ASK report. Neither mode promises a fixed source or section count.
What payment methods are accepted?+

How does Enterprise pricing work?+
Enterprise is a custom inquiry for institutions with procurement or volume requirements. Contact Cortex to discuss currently supportable arrangements; no fixed Enterprise entitlement bundle is advertised.
What if a Deep report fails or times out?+
If a paid Deep operation fails due to a Cortex system error and produces no usable report, its reserved credits are restored. This is separate from a monetary refund.
